But taking it very, very easy. As much as I’m able of course…. 😉 Hot, dry summer weather helps, getting some use out of the hammock for a change. Fingers itching to finish that last bit of hedge that didn’t make a trim, but I do not want to feel the way I did last week. Garden is running rampant too – but it’s so dry this year it would have been a struggle to grow anything on purpose anyway. I see that some of my hollyhock seeds from Mary Jo have sprouted, otherwise, nothing has come up. I hope I can use my window contraption next year!
Announcement
It’s perhaps silly to care enough about your online tribe to make sure they know where you are, but nevertheless it’s how I feel.
I’ve got some little heart problems and it’s enough now that I hope my doctor will see me about it and take me seriously, also that I can still live a life and blog if I go on medication.
Weaving palettes
I got out some yarn piles and tried to arrange them in groups for weaving summer fabrics, relentlessly trying to design clothes for myself… Good thing I’m not overly vain!
Slow AND hot – book tip
While we’re all too sluggish to get near the keyboard, perhaps somebody needs a bit of summer reading? (or winter as it were)
I just finished reading a collection of short stories, and while I get various things out of the way, so I can finish all the projects I want to show you, I’d like to recommend this beautiful book. If you enjoy poetry and fairy tales I’m sure you’ll like it!
