I wanted some simple stencils for my latest WIP, and decided to cut them from botched “works on paper turned into test objects”.

Then I discovered that some of the cutouts actually looked quite interesting on their own, so now I’m saving them in a jar for adding to other pieces in the future, and will try to remember collecting more as I go.

I also save little bits of bark from our firewood. I mean, one can always throw them out in case downsizing becomes necessary one day, right? (which of course it won’t, I could easily use twice the workspace, so my office didn’t have to be downstairs in the kitchen) 😀
